Certificate Attestation procedure to U.A.E

hello everyone,
i am here to share my knowledge on the certificate attestation procedure to UAE. I have attested my certificates from UAE embassy last week. It cost me dearly for attesting certificates. Not many who attested certificates was available at my place and for the first time Internet failed me on the details. The details like addresses and like is available at the net, but other more important ones like attestation fees, procedures etc where not available.And private agencies on this matter is not really helpful, they are both time consuming and costly. So am letting u know the details of my 'adventure'.

1. WHY THE ATTESTATION?

some of the foreign countries like U.A.E,Saudhi arabia,oman,kuwait,U.S.A etc has made it clear that for some jobs that certificate attestation is necessary. Among these jobs are Professional courses like M.B.B.S, engineering etc. If you wish for a GOVERNMENT job you need to attest your certificates. Many well established private limited companies and the multinationals too insist on certificate attestation. If u don't have your certificate attested there is a big chance for losing a good job that you have been offered. So make sure that you attest your certificate.
2. HRD ATTESTATION.
HRD Attestation is done from the states from which we acquired our certificates. For eg: if you passed your 10'th from kerala attest it on kerala. If you passed your degree from tamilnadu you will have to attest your degree certificate from tamilnadu. YOU NEED TO CARRY YOUR ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, MARK LISTS OF SSLC,PLUS TWO DEGREE,PG, IT'S PHOTOSTATS,PHOTOSTAT OF PASSPORT and one passport size photograph. THE FEES APPLICABLE IS CHANGEABLE.NOW IT IS 500 AS PROCESSING FEES AND RS.50 FOR EACH CERTIFICATES. PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR NORKA ATTESTATION ONLY YOU OR YOUR BLOOD RELATIVES CAN CARRY YOUR CERTIFICATES. THEY MUST PROVE YOUR RELATIONSHIP.
TIME: 09:00 TO 12:00 AM THEY WILL ACCEPT THE CERTIFICATES.
3. MEA Attestation.
The next step is MEA attestation. MEA stands for Ministry of external affairs. This must be done in NEW DELHI. The address of the office is as follows.

BEWARE OF DALALS. YOU WILL NEED THE NORKA ATTESTED CERTIFICATES AND THEIR PHOTOSTATS ONLY. NO FEES, NO PHOTOS, NO PASSPORT COPIES. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATES AFTER ONE HOUR. PLEASE CHECK THAT YOU RECEIVED ALL THE NECESSARY SIGNATURES. ATTESTATION PROCEDURE TO ALL THE COUNTRIES TILL HERE ARE THE SAME.
TIMINGS:10:00 TO 12:00
4. EMBASSY ATTESTATION.
Now you will need the embassy attestation. most of the foreign embassies are on chanakyapuri,chandragupt marg newdelhi. The address of the UAE embassy is as follows.

after MEA attestation you may attest the certificates on UAE consulate in mumbai or in embassy in delhi.
FEES: RS:1500 PER CERTIFICATE. IN THIS WAY YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE AFTER 2 WORKING DAYS. IF YOU PAYS RS:2250 PER CERTIFICATE IN EMERGENCY MODE YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE ON THE SAME DAY. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED ONLY YOUR MEA ATTESTED CERTIFICATES.
TIMINGS: 09:00 TO 12:00 AM THEY WILL ACCEPT THE CERTIFICATES.
PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER NORKA OR HRD ATTESTATION YOU OR YOUR BLOOD RELATIVES DON'T NEED TO GO TO MEA OR EMBASSY ATTESTATION.
